Our Health & Safety Guidelines

To ensure the health and safety of the general public and construction personnel alike we would ask all visitors to ensure that they adhere to the basic safety guidelines detailed below.

  • Do not approach areas where construction works are in progress.
  • Ensure children are supervised at all times.
  • Be aware of, and adhere to, safety signs erected on site by the Contractor.
  • Comply with speed restrictions stipulated by the Contractor.
  • Do not stray from the designated access and egress routes defined by the Contractor.
  • Do not enter our properties unsupervised and without first obtaining permission during construction.

From the point of reservation, we pledge to make your home buying experience as enjoyable and informative as we possibly can. We aim to look after you, when you are buying and after you have moved in.

NHBC Buildmark Cover

members of the National House Builders Confederation (NHBC)

Mansell Homes are members of the National House Builders Confederation (NHBC) and this provides you with the benefits of a 10-year NHBC Buildmark Cover.

NHBC Buildmark will cover your new home. This gives you the confidence that your property is built to a high standard and is guaranteed against structural defects for a full 10 years. You will be provided with a copy of the scheme details when you take occupation of your new home.

"NHBC's primary purpose is to help raise standards in the Housebuilding industry and provide consumer protection for new homeowners."

The NHBC 10-year warranty and Insurance cover offers consumer protection. Should you require any further information or have any questions regarding the Buildmark Cover our Sales Team will be pleased to assist you.

Mansell New Home Buying Guide

Upon reservation you will be presented with a copy of our guide, this has been produced to assist you through the various stages in your purchase.

Regular Information Call

Our sales team are trained to offer you guidance and assistance throughout the whole homebuying experience. You will be kept updated of the progress of your reserved property. Should you have any questions then our sales team will be pleased to offer you a prompt and efficient answer.

Choices

Subject to build stage Mansell Homes will offer you an optional extras service. Please ask your Sales Negotiator on site for further information.

New Home Demonstration

On the day of occupation, a member of our Sales Team will accompany you to your new home to inspect the fixtures & fittings and demonstrate the working of the systems and appliances fitted to ensure that you are happy and familiar with their operation.

After you move...

Once you have settled into your new Mansell Home, we will continue to be on hand to deal with any issues, which arise. The trained staff in our Customer Service Department will be happy to help you with any questions, problems or issues that you might have.

Their role is to attend to and resolve any problems or warranty issues you may have with your new home. You will be provided with contact information for our After Sales Team when you take possession of your property.

Peace of Mind

The first year in your new home is a recognised settling in period. Any issues which may arise in this respect will be addressed by your Customer Service Representative and a visit will be arranged if necessary to give you peace of mind.

At the end of this settling in period, your Customer Service Representative will contact you to arrange a meeting at your property to ensure that any issues or questions related to your new home have been dealt with.
