The first year in your new home is a recognised settling in period. Any issues which may arise in this respect will be addressed by your Customer Service Representative and a visit will be arranged if necessary to give you peace of mind.

Mansell Homes operate a strict customer defect reporting process, details of which will be provided in your hand over pack.

As Mansell Homes are members of the National House Builders Confederation (NHBC), your new home will benefit from the 10 year NHBC Buildmark Cover. This will give you the confidence that your property is built to the highest standards (we will provide your solicitor with a copy of the Cover upon moving in). For any questions regarding the Buildmark Cover, our Sales Team will be delighted to assist you.
