From the point of reservation, we pledge to make your home buying experience as enjoyable and informative as we possibly can. We aim to look after you, when you are buying and after you have moved in.
Our commitment to you:
- Upon reservation of your new home. we will present you with a copy of your New Home Buying Guide, which will assist you through the various stages of your purchase.
- We will keep you updated on the progress of your reserved property.
- Our experienced sales team will offer you guidance and assistance throughout the whole homebuying experience.
- Subject to build stage, we will offer you an optional extras service (please ask your Sales Negotiator for further information).
- On the day you move in, a member of our Sales Team will accompany you to familiarise you with your new home.
- Even once you've settled in to your new home, we will continue to be on hand to deal with any issues that may arise. Our friendly, dedicated and highly trained staff in our Customer Service Department will be happy to help with any queries or problems.
- You will be provided with contact information and our procedures for our After Sales Team as soon as you take possession of your new home.
